Join the New Orleans Track Club for a weekly Thursday night group run and walk starting at 6:15pm from various locations around the city! FREE and open to NOTC members and non-members alike. This group is for area runners and walkers to participate in a social and fun activity, and to encourage individual athletic training. Suggested running routes will be provided; however, each participant is encouraged to tweak their workout to fit their training needs.

The 5:20 Club is one of the oldest informal running groups in the Greater New Orleans. Formed before running even existed, its members and associate runners consist of a diverse group of people, ranging in age from the teens to 158 or so. The group is so-named because it starts its run exactly at 5:20am, unless one of its crankier constituents gazes upon his Timex watch and decides that 5:18 is close enough.

Small club established in 1981 in St. Bernard Parish. Inexpensive dues and races. All races have awards 2 deep in 5 year age groups. Grand Prix spans the entire year with races of all distances from 2 miles to 10 miles. Grand Prix awards are hooded sweatshirts with winners names printed on them. Hosts Pelicanman duathlon twice a year, the oldest duathlon in Louisiana. Host annual Christmas party and annual crawfish boil.

Free, all male running and boot-camp style workouts offered throughout the week in City Park, Audubon Park, Pontiff Park, Lakefront, Mandeville, and Covington.
The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. Our workouts, which include lots of sweating and lots of laughs, are open to men of all fitness levels, all ages, and are organized to keep the entire group together while ensuring a thorough beatdown for all participants. Our model, in which leadership of the workout varies from day to day and week to week, means that workout leaders -- "Qs," in F3 lingo -- are constantly introducing new exercises and ways of doing them. Because participants are challenged and pushed in new ways every day, they achieve an all-around fitness that makes F3 guys supremely fit for endurance challenges, including mud runs, obstacle races, triathlons, marathons, long-distance relays and all manner of other adventure challenges. F3 was founded in 2011 in Charlotte, NC, made its way to New Orleans in 2014, and is continually growing to cities across the country.

Guidosportif has been around since 1981 putting on races and going to other races around the country. We now specialize in getting people faster by teaching them the art of speed work, not just running fast and thinking you are going to get faster. Guidosportif has a triathlon team that meets Tuesday and Thursday morning to swim and Wednesdays at the lakefront to swim/bike and run. We are not hard to find, just look for the shirts that say "I might be slow but I'm ahead of you."

HRC NOLA is a 5k run through downtown every Wednesday, rain or shine. There are 5 routes which run through some of the coolest places in NOLA, including Bourbon St, French Quarter, Marigny, and Riverfront. We average about 100 runners and have every skill level. After we get 2 for 1 draft beer or wine at Happy's Irish Pub. Our runners get a lot of discounts on races and other social events. We also have themed runs, big parties, and lots of sponsors that bring us free swag. Tell ya mama 'n dem to come out, all are welcomed.

Meet every Monday @ 6pm in front on NOMA at City Park. Our shakeout routes are 2 to 3 miles. We welcome runners, joggers, and walkers of all levels.
Started in July 2015, our Krewe promotes a supportive community environment for fellow New Orleanians to "Move Ya Brass" and make health a priority in their lives. Post run activities include fun photos with the Krewe. Connect with other krewe members to buddy up and train to participate in future races.

Train with others for upcoming 5k's, 10k's, marathons, and other area events or road races. Enjoy post work out socialization and rehydration with other Pacer Members while supporting one another in their fitness goals. Athletes of all levels of endurance are welcome, as well as competitive and non-competitive participants. We are a family-oriented group of runners, walkers, and cyclists of all ages. Some Saturday morning runs or bike rides are scheduled at various times throughout the year, depending on local race schedules and members event schedules. Pacers Fitness is the only organized running, walking and cycling group in St. Charles Parish. "Your Pace or Mine, Any Pace is Fine".

The Power Milers originated as a group of men and women in the New Orleans area whose focus was on serious distance training for the purpose of racing distances from the mile up to the marathon. Tuesday track sessions and Sunday long runs (from 10 to 22 miles) are the core weekly workouts, with Thursday tempo runs and surge runs scheduled intermittently. The mission of the club is to work hard and race hard.

We are a youth running club made up of runners of both genders in the grades of 7-12. We meet three days a week during the months of June and July at 6:00pm. Our meeting locations include City Park, Audubon Park, Pontiff Park, and Lafreniere Park. We have different planned workouts such as tempo runs, long runs, track intervals, farleks, and we participate in the 2-mile Summer Series races that NOTC puts on.

This group parks @ Gallagher's Restaurant at 0600 and does a 10 mile run. It is an out and back course so come run/walk any distance, shorter or longer and all paces are welcomed. Enjoy fresh coffee after your run across the street at Campbell's or head over to the Donut shop at Claiborne Hill.
Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 5:00 PM at City Park
This group is specifically for developing school aged runners (3rd -12th grade) who have a desire to train with one of the only USTFCCCA nationally certified distance coaches in the state. Dues are monthly, but inexpensive. Registration fee is waived for any NOTC member. There will be additional meet-ups and training available to team members besides the Tuesday and Thursday track workouts. Southern Athletics is a recognized AAU and USATF program.

Track and hill workouts for runners of all ages and abilities. Workouts are designed to accommodate runners focusing on distances from the mile to half-marathon. Our running group is led by tasc Ambassador and multi-marathon finisher, Jill Marie Kenyon. Each run is about 2 - 5 miles and concludes with a gathering at the store for opportunities to shop tasc's latest gear and enjoy light refreshments including beer and water. This event is free and open to all runners and walkers of all levels.
